This 8.5"x11" book contains 20 unique colouring pages with their own flower and affirmation phrase. Created by KJ Forman of Luck and Lavender Studio (that's me!), soon to be coloured by you!
 
I created all of the pages in this book based on things I've learned in therapy over the years. Each flower that accompanies the phrases has a related symbolism - for example, the 'I Will Allow Myself Grace' is next to a hyacinth flower which represents sorrow and forgiveness.
